friend. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free
return and refund policy.Return Window:

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

We will accept returns for unopened and unused products, or products that are:

• Damaged during shipping (excluding minor damage to the outer box)
• Affecting your dog's health in any way

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
support@petcultures.com before sending back any products. We will provide you with
a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refund Details:

Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a full refund
to your original payment method or offer a replacement product, whichever you prefer.

Exceptions:

At this time, we do not have any exceptions to our return policy.
